The service

Smartlation is a translation bot on LINE (@627vekrr) and Telegram (@SmartlationBot) by Flex Shell CO., LTD. (Benkaw Group). It translates text and voice messages with AI, in private chats and in groups. On Telegram's Business plan it can also privately point out changes, contradictions and open questions in your groups, and suggest replies. AI can make mistakes: check important translations, prices, dates and agreements yourself. Suggestions are only suggestions — you decide what to send and what to agree to. Smartlation doesn't give legal, tax or medical advice. You must be 18 or older to use it.

Fair use

Text translation is unlimited on every plan within fair use: an account that sends 500 messages in one day is paused until midnight (Thai time), because that is almost always automated use. Voice messages and AI answers have a daily number per plan. Free use may be paused for the rest of the day when demand is very high. Don't use the service for anything illegal, to harass people, or to try to break or overload it. We may limit or block accounts that do.

Your content and groups

You keep all rights to your messages. If you add the bot to a group or switch on the assistant, make sure that's allowed in that group.

Plans and payment

A plan belongs to the account you pay with — your LINE account or your Telegram account. On smartlation.app (log in with LINE or Telegram) you can pay by bank transfer to Kasikorn Bank (KBank) — it runs for the period paid, no auto-renewal — or by PayPal / card, which renews until you cancel. In Telegram, plans can also be paid with Telegram Stars: monthly plans renew every 30 days until you cancel in /premium; yearly plans and top-ups are one payment. If you buy a plan while a higher plan is running, the higher plan runs first and the days you bought start when it ends — nothing you paid for is lost. Prices in Thai baht include VAT. Business customers can ask for a tax invoice at office@benkawgroup.com.
